Submit a suspicious file to the the FRISK Software virus lab:

Use this form to send a suspicious file to our virus analysts. However, if you have any questions or comments or would like a reply, please contact customer support. Should you want to encrypt data that is sent to the FRISK Software Virus Lab then please use PGP or GnuPG and the public key.

1. Description of symptoms
Please give us af short description of why you think that this file is suspicious, such as how your computer has started to behave since you discovered this file and other symptoms you may have observed.

 
2. Select and submit a file

Please wait for the confirmation to be displayed after clicking the Submit button to ensure that the file is submitted successfully.

The virus should ideally be in a password protected zip archive (using, for example, a password such as "virus"). Please include the password you chose in the description you entered above. Viruses attached unzipped or in a zip archive without a password often get filtered, disinfected or otherwise corrupted in transit before it arrives at our virus lab.
