How to get a trial subscription within the program

Get a trial subscription to take full advantage of the following:

• software upgrades
• virus signature updates
• technical support via e-mail

By getting a trial subscription, you will receive a Subscription Key which will be added automatically in the program to successfully download updates. The trial subscription service lasts for 30 days. After your Subscription Key expires, then you are unable to download updates.

To get a trial subscription:

Please note that you can also get a trial subscription while installing the program, see the step 5 of Downloading and installing F-PROT Antivirus for Windows

1. Run F-PROT Antivirus.
2. Click the Updates menu.
3. Under Subscription, select Get trial subscription. Please note that this option disappears after you successfully obtain the Subscription Key.
4. In the Get trial subscription window, fill out all information required and click Send (see below).



Once your application is granted, your Subscription Key is automatically added in the program.
