How to buy/renew a subscription within the program

Buy a subscription to take full advantage of the following benefits:

• software upgrades
• virus signature updates
• technical support via e-mail

Registered users will receive a Subscription Key which you have to enter in the program manually to successfully download updates. The typical subscription service lasts for 12 months. When your Subscription Key expires then will be unable to download updates.

To buy a subscription within the program:

Buying a subscription within the program will take you to a page where you can buy the subscription online. Your order will be processed by our automated sales system. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately with details of your purchase. Soon thereafter you will receive the invoice and license via e-mail, with your Customer Number which you will used to login to the Customer Zone to download the program or view your Subscription Key, along with download and installation instructions.

1. Run F-PROT Antivirus.
2. Click the Updates menu.
3. Under Subscription, select Renew subscription. If the program has no Subscription Key, you will see Buy subscription as your option.
4. In this window, click Order online. Then, the program sends you to the webpage where you can buy your subscription online.
5. Follow the instructions on screen to buy your subscription. If you need step-by-step instructions on purchasing a subscription online, see Purchasing a subscription.

Your order will be processed by our automated sales system. Once processed, you will then receive a confirmation e-mail immediately with details of your purchase. Soon thereafter you will receive the invoice and license via e-mail, with your Customer Number and a URL link to a page where you can download your fully licensed copy of the products you have purchased, along with download and installation instructions.

FRISK Software uses Thawte SSL Web Server Certificate. All major credit cards are accepted.

After receiving a receipt of your purchase, get your new Subscription Key within the program by clicking on the Get new key button (see steps 1 to 3). Your Subscription Key will be automatically added in the program. You can also retreive your Subscription Key from the Customer Zone and enter it in the program manually.
