You receive the following error message when trying to install F-PROT Antivirus:

"This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package"

This problem may occur if the locally cached Windows Installer package (.msi) file is damaged or corrupted.

To fix the problem, please download the installation package again and re-install. We apologize for the inconvenience.
