If you try to download updates, you may receive the following error message:
"Your subscription has expired"
This issue may occur if the Subscription Key that you are using to download updates has expired.
To fix this issue, do the following:
- Buy or renew your subscription. You may renew or buy a subscription either within the program (Updates menu > Renew subscription > Order online),
contact our sales department or visit
our order/renew webpage.
Once confirmed, a new subscription key will be created for you.
- Replace your old subscription key to your new one in the program. For your convenience, you may obtain your new subscription key within the program (Updates menu > Renew subscription > Get new key) and
your subscription key will be automatically added in the program. You can also obtain your subscription key in
the Customer Zone and enter it manually in the program. For further information, see
