| What size of ZIP archive does RealTime Protector scan? |
The RealTime Protector scans and detects infections on ZIP archives that are less than 200KB in size. Any ZIP archives that are larger than that will not be scanned. But when these archives are decompressed, RealTime Protector will scan them no matter what the size of these files. Please note that the RealTime Protector does not disinfect infected files but will only warn you about the infection.
If the ZIP archives are larger than 200KB then use the OnDemand Scanner to scan for viruses. Please note that the F-PROT Antivirus OnDemand Scanner only scans and detects infections on ZIP archives.
