| I just renewed my subscription but receive an "Subscription expired" error message when trying to update |
You just renew your subscription successfully. But when you try to update, the Updater says your subscription is expired.
The reason for this error is that the Updater is using your old Customer Number. During the renewal process you are requested to enter your old Customer Number, if you did not enter your old Customer Number where requested or entered it incorrectly, you were considered a new customer. Therefore a new Customer Number was created for you, with a subscription valid for one year from the date of the order.
Solution:Find your new Customer Number, it is included in the final e-mail confirmation you received when you renewed your subscription. Enter your new Customer Number in the Updater's settings. Use the cut and paste method to avoid errors.
