"I just bought F-PROT Antivirus but haven't received a confirmation e-mail with my customer number!"

If you have recently purchased F-PROT Antivirus but have not received a confirmation e-mail including your Customer Number please make sure that e-mail from the domain of f-prot.com is not blocked by the filtering policy operated by your Internet Service Provider or by any other e-mail filtering policy. You may need to contact your ISP and request that e-mail from the domain of f-prot.com be whitelisted.

In reaction to the large amounts of spam filling up e-mail user's inboxes, some Internet Service Providers have taken to desperate measures and blocked large swathes of e-mail domains including many domains sending out legitimate e-mail. As FRISK Software has no control over such policies it is imperative that users ensure that e-mail sent by FRISK Software from the domain of f-prot.com is not blocked by over-zealous e-mail filtering policies.
