How do I install F-PROT Antivirus for Exchange?

Before you begin, please make sure that you are logged on as an Administrator and your computer meets the system requirements of F-PROT Antivirus for Exchange. F-PROT Antivirus for Exchange will automatically perform a compatibility check for Microsoft Exchange Server version.

Installing F-PROT Antivirus for Exchange

  1. Download fp-exch_full.exe to a folder on your hard drive.
  2. Double click the executable file fp-exch_full.exe.
  3. Wait for the Installation process to "Welcome" you.
  4. Click the "Next" button to proceed.
  5. Read the license agreement and click "Yes" to accept it.
  6. Read the "Important information" carefully. It really is important! Click the "Next" button to proceed.
  7. Select the installation path (we suggest you use the default path that is displayed).
  8. Click the "Next" button to proceed.
  9. The installation will carry out the steps necessary to install F-PROT Antivirus for Exchange.
  10. Click the "Finish" button.
