What is a Customer Number and how does it works?

A Customer Number is a unique combination of letters and numbers that are assigned for all F-PROT Antivirus subscribers.

You may use your Customer Number to:

  • login to the Customer Zone
  • download the software
  • view your Subscription Key
  • download updates for the duration of your subscription service*

* Applicable for the version 3 of F-PROT Antivirus for Windows

The version 3 of F-PROT Antivirus for Windows requires your Customer Number to download updates. Therefore, you may need to type it into the Updater's settings in your program to be able to download updates.

Please note that the version 6 of F-PROT Antivirus for Windows uses the Subscription Key for downloading updates and not your Customer Number.

How do I obtain a Customer Number?

Buy a subscription to F-PROT Antivirus products.

Does my Customer Number expire?

No, but it will become invalid when your subscription expires. If you would like to reactivate your old Customer Number, please make sure your old Customer Number is specified during the renewal.
