Which problem are you having?
- Getting invalid login error when logging into the Customer Zone. This only occurs when your Customer Number has been mistyped.
Please make sure you have entered your Customer Number correctly. Please note that your
Customer Number contains both letters and numbers, so e.g. 0 (zero) and O (capital o)
can look similar. We recommend that you copy the Customer Number directly from the e-mail
confirmation and paste it into the appropriate field.
- Getting Cookie error when logging into the Customer Zone. This cookie error only occurs when your browser's cookie privacy settings are set too high.

- Cannot access the downloading page after a successful login. This problem is most likely due to temporary
network traffic and we recommend that you please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Repeatedly being redirected back to the Customer Sign-in page when downloading the program. This is problem is most
likely an authentication issue due to incorrect settings of the clock on your computer. To fix this issue, please make sure
that the date and time settings on your computer are correct. For further information,
