|I already renewed my subscription but I am still receiving renewal notices|
During the on-line renewal process you are asked to enter your Customer Number. If you fail to do so, you are considered a new customer and a new Customer Number is automatically generated for you. The old Customer Number is therefore not renewed and our sales system continues to send out automatic renewal notices. The last e-mail reminder is sent one month after the expiration of the subscription.
In order to stop receiving renewal notices regarding your previous Customer Number, please contact our sales department to correct your registration.See also:
