| Why do I get a cookie error when signing in to the Customer Zone? |
A cookie is a very small text file placed on your hard drive by a web server. It is essentially your identification card and cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. It is uniquely yours and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. This cookie error occurs when your browser's cookie privacy settings are set too high. Privacy settings in Internet Explorer:You can modify your privacy settings from low: Accept All Cookies to high: Block All Cookies. When set to Block All Cookies, all cookies are blocked without exception. If your privacy settings are set to either "High" or "Medium High", you must specify sites to blocked or allowed (e.g. subscription.f-prot.com). For your convenience, we therefore recommend setting privacy to Medium (default).
Privacy settings in Mozilla Firefox:We recommend configuring the privacy settings to allow all cookies (by default). To set privacy settings in Mozilla Firefox
