I lost my customer number. How do I get it back?

If you have lost or forgotten your Customer Number, enter your e-mail address in the lost Customer Number form and you will receive an e-mail containing your Customer Number.

Please make sure you enter the e-mail address you entered upon purchasing or renewing your subscription.
