You may have mistyped your Customer Number. Please refer to the Customer Number that is included in the latest e-mail confirmation you received from our sales department and make sure you have entered it correctly. Please note that your Customer Number contains both letters and numbers, so e.g. 0 (zero) and O (capital o) can look similar. We recommend that you copy the Customer Number directly from the e-mail confirmation and paste it into the appropriate field.
