2:6 - A message telling you that an attachment was deleted from your e-mail

If you get this message it means that F-PROT AVES has removed a security risk, e.g. deleted an attachment from your e-mail. Today most viruses are transmitted through e-mail as attachments. By deleting an attachment that is infected, F-PROT AVES prevents the virus from infecting your computer.

Where can I find the original e-mail?

Your original, unmodified version is stored in the Message Quarantine. When an attachment is removed, the original unmodified version of the message can usually be found in the "security risks" in the Message Quarantine.
