Although you can reroute the unsolicited e-mail straight to the "Deleted items" folder, it may be wise to start by creating a special spam folder within your Inbox. This is due to the fact that there is always the chance that an e-mail, which is not unsolicited, can be marked as such if it has some characteristics of spam. This is how you create a new folder named "Spam" in Outlook.
Run Microsoft Outlook. Once you have opened the program click on "Tools" and select "Message Rules" and from the third menu, select "Mail...":

On the Message Rules panel, please select "New":
