The F-Prot AVES service requires no hardware or software installation on your part and ordering is a simple process:

Please begin by contacting our sales department via e-mail. In order for our sales representatives to properly and quickly process your request, please provide the following information in your e-mail:

• Your full name
• Company name
• Postal address
• Country
• Time Zone (e.g. GMT +3)
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• The domain (or list of domains) that you wish to register for F-PROT AVES protection.
• The number of e-mail accounts at each domain.
• Mail Server Address for final delivery of e-mails (e.g. mail.example.com).

Once your request has been processed, you will be contacted by an F-PROT AVES representative in order to complete the registration process and to discuss the settings you require for your service.
