Security Bulletins for January 2007

Security bulletin MS07-002, originally released this month, has been re-released. This update patches against vulnerabilities that could potentially allow for remote code execution or elevation of privilege on affected computers. Affected applications include Excel 2000, Excel 2002, Excel 2003, Excel Viewer 2003, Microsoft Works Suites 2004 and 2005, Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac and Microsoft Office v.X for Mac.

Security bulletin MS06-016, originally released in April last year, has been re-released. This update introduces revised patch against vulnerabilities included in Security Bulletins for April 2006.
