FRISK Software Has Released Version 2.0.0 of F-PROT Antivirus for Exchange

FRISK Software continues to roll out the new and improved next-generation antivirus scanning engine in the F-PROT Antivirus product line.

The latest to receive this update is version 2.0.0 of F-PROT Antivirus for Exchange, which is a new, significantly enhanced version that incorporates version 4 of the F-PROT Scanning Engine and has been updated considerably compared to the previous version. This is the same engine as is used in our acclaimed F-PROT Antivirus for Windows version 6.

These changes result in a substantial increase in the number of viruses detected as well as much improved heuristics.

NOTE: Older installations of F-PROT Antivirus for Exchange will have to be uninstalled prior to installing this version.
