World’s first Antivirus Testing Workshop held in Reykjavik

The International Antivirus Testing Workshop 2007, a major event in the antivirus industry and antivirus testing community, was held from 15th to 16th May in Reykjavik, Iceland hosted by FRISK Software.

Over 60 antivirus professionals and experts from all over the world attended our workshop and contributed to the interesting lectures and lively discussions.

Dr. Klaus Brunnstein held his antivirus industry swan song and presented the final lecture at the workshop. Dr. Brunnstein established the VTC (Virus Test Center, Univ. of Hamburg) in 1988 and started performing antivirus tests in 1993.
