New version of F-Prot Antivirus released

Version 3.16a of F-Prot Antivirus for Windows has been released

FRISK Software has released version 3.16a of F-Prot Antivirus for Windows.

This newest version of F-Prot Antivirus for Windows fixes a minor bug in the handling of so called "archive bombs". These are archives that cause scanners or other programs to crash or hang because of intensive resource consumption during the scanning of hundreds of levels of archives within archives.

We recommend that users of F-Prot Antivirus for Windows update their programs to version 3.16a as soon as possible by visiting our update center.
