Virus Signature Files Download
Please note!
Due to diminishing support from Microsoft for Windows 98, 98SE and ME, the
version 3 of F-PROT Antivirus for Windows has been ceased with the current subscription.
FRISK Software will continue its support and the virus signature files updates
for a few more months but will be discontinued completely sometime later this year.
This is slightly ahead of the previously announced schedule. For further information, see

For all versions of F-PROT Antivirus except version 6 and later
NB: Users of F-PROT Antivirus for Windows and F-PROT Antivirus for Exchange are advised to use the Updater component to manage updates of the virus signature files. Users of F-PROT Antivirus for Linux x86, for BSD x86, for Solaris x86 , for Solaris SPARC, for AIX on IBM pSeries and for Linux on IBM zSeries are advised to use the check-updates.pl script (e.g., as a cron job) to manage updates of the virus signature files. Users can also update the virus signature files manually by clicking the links in the list above.
