This document describes the changes in the software since F-Prot
Antivirus 3.11a.


MAJOR ENHANCEMENTS
------------------


New scanning engine.  With the latest virus signature files F-Prot
Antivirus detects almost 60,500 viruses and Trojans.


OnDemand Scanner
----------------

Neural network heuristic settings is now dependant on heuristics being
set (only in Advanced scan).

Fixed the information in the status bar.  The last refresh in the
status bar could be missing so it was not displaying the same as in
the scan result dialog.

Added handling of command line switches /PARANOID and /PARANOIDMACRO.

Fixed the detection of when F-Prot Antivirus is running on terminal
servers, e.g. Windows XP.

Fixed the handling of command lines containing quoted paths.

Fixed the reporting of archives other than ZIP archives.  The path was
split incorrectly.


Scheduler
---------

Path when checking if Updater is installed was hard coded.

Updater runs minimized if the setting "show results" is not selected.
If the setting is on then Updater opens a window and the user has to
close it.

Paths with spaces in them can be scheduled for a scan, e.g., 'Documents
and Settings\My Documents'.


Updater

The text in various dialogs has been rewritten to make it more clear
what the result of an update was.
